Shipping Policy
Many products offered here are made fresh before packaging and sending. Please allow 3 – 9 days delivery time, from ordering, to your door within NZ. As of February 2026 target delivery to Australia is 6-12 working days.
Sending to Australia, your parcel target transit time is 3-6 days.
Refunds to Australia will be given if the product is faulty or damaged.
Refund and Returns Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
Please make contact within a week of receiving an item if you are unhappy with the quality. I will replace (New Zealand only), or refund for items that do not meet your and our expectations. For Australia, a refund will be given for faulty or damaged items. Please direct quality and refund emails mcginns.madefreshchch@gmail.com.
Refunds
Simply make contact by email and send a photo with a description of the fault or quality issue. We may ask for more information, and endeavor to return emails within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are made immediately after, at time of approval.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after notification it may be due to bank processing times, but if you are concerned don’t hesitate to make contact with us.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
