Shipping Policy

Many products offered here must be made fresh before packaging and sending. While many orders arrive quickly, some take a little longer. Please allow 12 days delivery time, from ordering, to your door within NZ.  As of February 2023 shipping delays to Australia from backlogs are:

Sending to Australia, your parcel could in transit for 3-5 days .
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 269 Fifield Tce, Christchurch, 8023.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund and Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please make contact within a week of receiving an item if you are unhappy with the quality. I will replace faulty or refund, or offer a credit for items that do not meet your and my expectations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mcginns.madefreshchch@gmail.com and send your item to 269 Fifield Tce, Chirstchurch 8023.
