Mcginnsmadefresh.com can be viewed without the need for you to disclose any Personal Information.

4. Stripe

We do not collect your credit card details to process your payment or for customer service purposes. Your credit card details are collected, processed and stored by our third party payment providers pursuant to their terms of use and privacy policies (currently Stripe). We recommend that you read Stripe’s privacy policy and Terms of Use so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by them. In particular, remember that Stripe may be located, or have facilities that are located, in a different jurisdiction than you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which Stripe or its facilities are located.



5. Who we share your data with

We may disclose your Personal Information to:

– our service providers, including any business that:

a. supports our services and products, including any person that hosts or maintains any underlying IT system or data centre that we use to provide the website, or other services and products. b. processes payments on our behalf, such as Stripe;

– a credit reference agency for the purpose of credit checking you (if relevant);

– a potential purchaser of our business. In the event we propose to sell the business or any of our assets, we may provide your Personal Information as part of a database to a prospective buyer solely so that they can consider the purchase of the business. Should we proceed to sell the business (or a material part of it) we may provide your Personal Information as part of that sale so that the purchaser can continue to operate the business; and

Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access your readily retrievable Personal Information that we hold and to request a correction to your Personal Information.  Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the Personal Information relates.

In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the Personal Information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note the correction sought to your Personal Information.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with Personal Information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.

Mcginnsmadefresh may contain links to other websites such as Youtube. The inclusion of a link to another website does not imply our endorsement of that linked website or any association by us with their business or owners. If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy/cookie usage policies relating to your personal information.  We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information to that third party.

We may use cookies such as to improve search function while using our website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.


10. Google Analytics

We may use google analytics website measurement software and systems for tracking traffic patterns. This is non-personal information.


11. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

You will only receive non-purchase related emails if you have opted into a class or subscriber email list.

Unsubscribe: You may opt out of receiving certain types of communications from us by utilising the unsubscribe function in communications sent to you.
